TB-48. Long tow-body for multi-channel autonomous acoustic recorder and hydrophone array

Streamlined flooded tow-body for towed hydrophone surveys. Secure your Soundtrap ST4300 or 440 multi-channel recorder and hydrophones into this tow-body to obtain high-quality underwater recordings while towing at speeds of up to 10 kts. Can also accommodate Soundtrap ST300 or 600 single-channel recorders. Sounds pass through the strong 48" polycarbonate tubing with little attenuation. Arrays of up to 4 hydrophones can be accommodated with longitudinal array separations of up to 50 cm. Hydrophone core support bracket supports your hydrophones in a precise configuration (designed for HTI-96-min SSQ hydrophones mounted on 3/8" cable).The incredibly strong and flexible 7/16" Dyneema (TM) headline attaches to your existing tow cable (not included). A tail-line of 7/16" or 1/2" polyurethane (not included) is recommended to reduce "fish-tailing".  [Recorder and hydrophones not included.]
