Depressor wing

Tow deeper (and quieter) with this Z-wing active depressor. Position this depressor at least 30 m in front of your towed autonomous hydrophone recorder (TB-24 or TB-48) to achieve a tow depth of ~10 m at speeds of 7-10 kts (using a 180-m, 5-mm (3/16") tow line). Slow to 1-2 kts until the depressor is submerged and flying straight. Yellow (black available on special request).
